Herbicide damage on trees?

    All organically cared for. HOA doesn't give a flying rat's ass about it and I was offering a compromise. 39-0-0 is a slow release fertilize unlike 46-0-0 or whatever TruBurn is using.

    For trees ... I know how to grow them. HOA doesn't have a clue when you look at their trees... barely grew...

    2nd year

    3rd year

    1st year - no growth. 2nd and 3rd year - 7 feet. You don't see that in many trees else where because of drought. I knew how to water deeply every 2 weeks while they just waste watering 3 times a week for 15 mins a week where water would never have reached the roots.
