Herbicide resistance

    So, we've seen how this can be a problem in crop production. Do you guys think this could be a problem in the lawn care industry?

    Are you personally taking any steps or altering your practices to avoid resistance?

    Are you hearing much from your other LCO friends, even competitors, or industry associations about pesticide resistance?

    As far as I know...there is no resistance to 2-4,D and Dicamba. I don't know the exact history but these products have been used since the 60's if not earlier.

    So here are two products that are used on many many acreas and no resistance.

    I don't think there will ever be resistance with Three Way products as there are multiple modes of actions.

    Global warming? I believe it's referred to as Climate Change.

    Yes weeds can and will build resistance.

    No. Acreage, acreage, acreage...

    Besides, most LCOs wouldn't know resistance if it slapped them in the face and gave them a wedgie.
