I like that fence. I wish I could afford a fence like that. Must be nice to have money

An HOA we have got notified that one their little holding ponds no longer met requirements and had to be cleaned. Had to be done in 30 days or pay a fine of $200 a day. So we gave them a bid and didn't hear back until 4 days before dead line. The day we worked on this it was 106F the hottest day of the year. We ended up having two loads of great top soil.....8 yars.

I know I know you rich guys would have had some big equipment
to do this job but us poor folk do it the old fashion way. My idea to use a long piece of 2x8 board to run wheelbarrow up onto the dirt to pile it higher:clapping:

Us poor folk are going to get a dump as soon as somebody on lawnsite
sells one. Didn't have the big diesel available so I hooked up to the
    big trailer.

Using the Turf Tiger to do a little bush hogging. I hate doing this with a machine you never know what you will hit.

To us boys in Texas rain in the summer is a big deal. We got between 2 to 4 inches.

I sit under the overpass and just enjoyed the moment...well it
    lasted for about 15 minutes.

Notice the guy still keeps working away at the corner. Rain or shine he is always there. Bet somebody gave him umbrella.

Well here is the after and before where this car got up on the media and apparently burned to the ground. Maybe I could get a good grass stand by burning off the top:laugh: May be some logical explanation for why it would come back so fast.

This is one reason to buy road hazard on tires. This tire replace by chev cost $200. We had roadhazard. We run in the gutter a lot and I think that makes us more apt to pick up this stuff.

This was the second screw in the thread I plugged the firs one. These
    tires have nitrogen in them

Cut toooo high and improper watering......well we are in charge of the irrigation completely but what you couldn't see was the fact this
section goes along a major street. We had to throttle pressure down to meet city run off. So in the end this is what happens, and we cant' convince them to lay drip in so we could water any time and any amount. So we paint it and hope they don't notice.

How high is too high? We cut all of ours at 3-3.5"
