BMW is knockin down homes across the street from our main office. Another two homes to knock down.
This is what can happen when using a finishing mower to do bush hogging. The ruts were over 12 inches deep and I grounded it.
Here is an interesting twist on bush trimming. It certainly eye catching.
BMW can't wait till the homes are leveled, one more to go. We will look out our windows and see hundreds of mini coopers.
Someone watched Edward Scissorhands too much.
I think it might be asian influence...Samsung has changed Austin in a major way.
Our main guy drove in with a new ride. He has been with us for over 20 years. Hardly ever misses a day.

Down here in Buda Onion Creek is still dry. I think we got 1.5" at most with little runoff. Not sure if the Blanco River basin fared any better. I think three mile dam in San Marcos had run dry again this year. The forecast says 97F later this week. I really hope we can follow up this rain event with another.
Lakeway has gone to once a week on the watering which never happened in 2009 or 2011. Barton Creek and Greenshores areas are still twice a week.
