It was a clearance item from Shindawa.....about $175 but the price was
low because they wanted to get rid of it. We have a water wagon we run in the summer and it pumps a good stream of water very satified with it.

We had a section of new grass(2 pallets)to put in with drip underneath. Because of a schedule crunch we started laying the drip just 2 hours before the sod arrived. So we didn't get to turn the water on until we finished laying the sod. It was like keystone cops 10 guys working in this little area. We learned never ever do that again.

We are dropping drip into the
jasmine also. I was going to cut an edge with trimmer to drop in the drip but decided later to just push it down into jasmine. One we get that in then we can water all we want and on any day.

This is what we have been waiting on........bulleye right over my house
at this time.http://www.kvue.com/weather/radar?radar=64449872&img=3&c=y. ON my first try to post lightening knocked out everything now we are back. Two days of rain and 4 more to go according to the weather report and we only had 30% chance. I love those low pressure cells.

We was hot sunny yesterday and today and it really didn't look like we had a chance then bam around 7:00 it hit us. I spent part of day putting down that Lesco mositure manager product hopping I would get more rain to wash it on and...wham....this is the first day in a long time that i cut grass and absolutely no dust.

This is just one thing we are experimenting with but no it will help retain water and has to be put on every 3 months. Not ready to talk about it yet but we using a dry grandular chemical that is put down under new sod and when seeding. It is from Ewing and it show a lot of promise.
