Hey guys I have a quick ?

    I want to bid on these developments common area but is there an easy way to find out who the president of the homeowner association is, thanks alot!

    Ask one of the residents.

    Does the HOA have a website? Many do.

    Thats what I would do. Most times a property management association is in charge of the HOA grounds, what I like to do is call all the property management firms in the yellow pages, tell them who I'am and ask if the have anything coming up for bid. Alot of times the will send you bid packets or tell you to stop in and pick up a packet. If they dont have anything up for bid ask to be put on there list of bidding contractors so you recieve info when its up on bid. This time of year though most bids are done and locked in for the year. Good Luck! Happy Mowing
