    Hello everyone,

I know it is a a little unorthodox compared to the businesses that most of you have created, but it is something I wanted to chase down for a long time now.

The decision was made to go into poop scooping as soon as our Dog Training business saw an overall profit....and in the 2013 year i got lucky

This portion will be mostly run by me while my partner continues with the Dog Training. Local advertising is something completely new to me so I am here to get some tips and gain some knowledge.

    Thanks Everybody,

    The Poop Guy

Hey poop guy. Welcome to the forum. I'd check with your local lawn care specialist to see if they will place a link to your site from their website. Good luck with your new business.

What about cat ****, do you clean that up too. This week I was out blowing snow and here without seeing it I ran my snow blower right through it. Man that was gross, snow and cat **** mist coming right back in my face.:(

    We scoop4you,

Welcome to fourm. Just curious what your minimum rate is per stop and approx hourly rate. I'm seriously considering offering this for my lawn clients as an add-on.

We are talking about giving that option to our customers. We would tell them to leave their litter box outside on the scheduled day for yard cleaning.

BTW when I read your story...i almost spit my drink out right in my girlfriends face. LOL

We are going to try and push once a week. But it all depends on the customer. We can stop once every two weeks...or seven days a week.
