Hows everyone doing? New to the board here. Spend alot of time on ESPN on the boards there in the winter when im slow. Just wanted to get some ideas from everyone on marketing. Every spring i send out about a 500 postcards to a certain area. I get some positive feedback but not enough. Anyone have some more ideas on what i can do?

What about more postcards? 500 doesn't seem like many.

Send out more post cards, then control volume by price.

    honestly, 500 is not enough.
Say you get a 2% call back. What's that? 10 calls?
And that doesn't take into consideration that you probably won't land all 10 of these calls. 2 might not like your price, 2 might be total time wasters, and 2 might end up being properties you won't actually want to take care of.

So you need to send out more postcards, or if you don't want to waste extra money in postage, you could always target certain areas by foot leaving them a flyer, doorhanger or one of these.

How many customers are you wishing to obtain?
