Who's got the highest minimum cutting price? $40, $50, $60+
And why? How are you getting it? And how can others get past the $25.00 per lawn/$1.00 per min hurdle.

Huh? I guess I'm a little confused about your question. I have two lawns that are $25 jobs, but they are next to each other. I drop the gate once and finish two postage stamp size lawns in one fell swoop. Both done in 40 min max.

I also have 1/4 to 1/2 acre losts that are around $35-$40 per cut. Two of my 1/4 acres are across the street from each other. I bring in $36 per yard on those two and can completed them both in about an hour. That's $72 per hour and clears your "$1 per minute" hurdle.

I have found, like some others here, that the BEST way to be productive is to save time in your day. The biggest killer of time is transport time followed by loading and unloading your trailer. Offer discounts to existing customers for referrals to IMMEDIATE customers. This saves time and increases $ per hour.
