When hiring a part-time employee, what information is required? Obviously, name, address, s.s.#, and driver's license are first. But then what? I guess what I'm looking for is good advice on other areas such as safety responsibilities, equipment responsibilities, customer service responsibilities, etc.. If an employee gets a rock in the eye because he was trimming with no safety glasses, loses a trimmer, or blows debris all over a customer's vehicle, I don't want him coming back and saying "We never talked about that".
