Been searching the internet up and down for a place to find or purchase a list of Homeowner assoc. or Condo assoc. lists. Any help would be much appreciated.

Idk about anywhere else in the country but here I've never seen a HOA handle their contracts themselves. I would search for property management companies in your area. They handle the bidding and contracts for (generally) many HOAs.

I have been searching as well, with no luck. Would be very interested to hear what guys use to find these associations.

Best way to find HOA's is to join their trade association Community Association Institute. It gives you access to homeowners associations and their management companies. They are committed to having vendor members bid on their projects.
