Hey all, just wondering if I can get some others take on this bid i'm putting in for an HOA. They have 13 houses/duplex(26 families) in a clump of two or three blocks. There is 93,000 sq. foot of grass to mow, mostly open easy area with 1 guy on a 60" ZTR and about 10 small front yards a second guy will hit with a 34" walkbehind. The second guy will then probably be able to do the string trimming while the 60" is finishing. What would you bid this at for weekly mowing? I've got some big properties but this is my first HOA of this size...... Just looking for a few opinions!
    Thanks
