Thinking of starting up mowing in order to hvae some steady contracts + upsale.

Measured off a HOA cluster for about 95,000sq ft of mowing area. Its up, its down, its sideways, its trees........all that good stuff.

    Mulch is 55yrds

    Aeration and seeding

Leaf removal (not blow in the woods, remove it)

    Snow removal

Now......I know the current contract is at $20,000 and if being raised to $22,000 if signed on again

At $200/cut you come in around what around $80ish per acre.......almost $5,000 for mulch.

Seeding and aeration I have not figured yet. There is also pruning and it would take 2 guys all day.

How do you go about proposing for snow removal costs? I know nobody can see the property but what are some ballpark ideas on charging? I've got pro's I can reference but not until next week.
