Hoa Pond Bid

    This season we are bidding on several nice HOA properties. We have found out that we need to also include a bid for "POND MAINT" as well. 1. Do we need to be licensed to do this? 2. Whats the going rate...if ya know? 3. Has any one had any experience and if so...what tips can you offer? Thanks!

    On my SD, the 3 quotes that we have had is basically time involved, it depends how large your retention pond is, I was surprised by what our builder told us that we are allowed to plant trees in it, which of course is ridiculous.
    Ours is basically just weed whacking it 4 times per growing season, they must have provided you with some guidelines. Our 2 ponds are only for storm run off which I'm sure yours is as well.

    We do detention pond maintenance for some HOAs. Takes about an hour charge $200... Rats and Snakes.
