Just thought I would post the homemade stripe kit on my fastrak. It cost about $50 to make, with $45 of it the cost of chain. I did notice a more defined stripe with the kit and it was really easy to make. It might even be a little better stripe if I didn't have a smorgasbord of weeds in the yard. The lighter picture is without the kit.

    Looks nice!!
I would add some more chain though.
You must have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood.

Where are the safety wheels? Removing them is probably not a good idea?

It certainly is not a good idea, they should be on there for safety reasons.

I did remove them. This is homeowner use only and the biggest hill in my yard is a mole burrow I have been trying to get rid of for years. I wasn't real worried about a safetly issue in my own yard. You could always drill a new hole if you had those concerns.

    Ranger,
That is the look I'm attempting to get. Man, that looks great! A little ingenuity and a nice mower will get you anything. :)

Just keep in mind loading it on a trailer it all if you have to go to the dealer.
