    Hello again folks.

Does anyone know the simplest way for me to get a list of new home owners in my area.

I dont think we have a welcome wagon.
    Register of deeds??

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Steve

P.S. Is there a way to get a homeowners list by catgories? I was thinking the senior market might would be a good start or by income/profession. Im sure alot of proffesionals are busy and would rather hire someone to keep there yard than do it themselves.Just wondering out loud. Any marketing strategies would be greatly appreciated.

  2. New homeowners- here it is clerk and recorders office. Sounds like you're on the right track. Just call and tell them what you want, should be public info. Probably a fee.

For the other lists, a mailing list company can sell you those.

Those mailing lists can get expensive.

Real estate agents will have a list of recent sales in their area.

Try TAXNET USA. I forget what the address is but a search with this title will eventually turn it up. When I used it, there was a $150.00 annual fee if you wanted the capability to direct download to a label program. Enter a subdivision name and all residents turn up. Unlimited uses during the year and can pull up title transfers on a day to day basis if you like. Not all county tax apprasial districts are tied in yet however.

This appears to be Texas only.

At GIE there was a company that was marketing specifically this kind of service. I can't remember the company's name but I remember the girl's name at the booth - Ellie. I don't even know if they have a web site, but I do have their number....
