Just wanted to share how pleased I am with my new trimmer. I've heard people complain about how heavy the machine is and how annoying it is to check the oil.

Thus far I've put on 25 hrs and changed the oil twice. It takes two seconds to unscrew the dipstick and verify the oil is full. (it hasn't used any oil yet).

I've turned it pretty much upside-down to trim sidewalks etc for 5 minutes or more with no Ill effects. It is however a pain to do so with the bike handle bars, I try to use my old 32cc Honda with loop bar whenever possible when trimming sidewalks.

The stock double harness wasnt comfortable on me so I use my stihl one. You can barely notice the weight.

I had a choice between getting the manual feed head and semi matic head, I chose the manual (not sure why) but not too happy about it, when your cutting over rocks and chain link fences youre constantly letting out more line which wastes a lot of time.

Any questions or comments, write away!:cool2:

I'm looking at the 25 cc trimmer. Any updates or other concerns about your trimmer?

The only complaint i really have is about the line feed head. I would get a Full Manual. (2 pieces of large diameter line) or the full automatic spool.
