Nope , my fish I buy at the coast and my meats come right from the slaughter house.
Sometimes my fish comes directly from the coast when I feel like driving the four hours.
My meat is either venison from the two deer I shoot each year for my freezer or the rampant population of feral hogs all over Texas. These things are out breeding the latino's.
The fifty to sixty pounders are the tastiest - each will yield around twenty pounds of really succulent pork which is way better than anything available in the stores.
