I have a chance at bidding 4 hotels.

I know the current company’s price.

I know I will be doing snow removal, mowing, trimming, blowing, and trimming bushes, keeping an eye on landscaping repairs need and irrigation system.

I know what I am going to charge and how to sub charge extra expensive.

How and what should I use to turn in a bid in on? My one year contract or give them a bid on a proposal?

How can I dazzle them with my proposal?

Proposal. As far as dazzling them, that can be done with the letter. Emphasize on quality, dependability, and VALUE to the corporation. Though your buprice may be slightly higher than theirs, emphasize on how much MORE they will be getting. Use words and phrases like pride, experience, and great attention to detail.
