I know this may have been discussed before however I could not find anything really specific. I know you guys dont know what my market brings, but what do you charge for 2 or 3 man crews?

Syzer; It's not so much what we charge but what we expect to get out of our men each day. We look to see if they can produce at least $1000 per day. So a three man crew should do $3000 per day in work, I like to figure higher closer to $4000 per day, now looking at a 50% gross profit on them, your talking $500-$670 per man per day. Some days are going to be better than others but this is a good goal to shoot for.

    Hey paul,

you just reminded me of why I hate working for other people. I do all the work and only get 50% pay. Just kidding, but it sure is one of the driving forces in getting my own business started.
