:usflag: I am curious to know what you pay your employees if you wont mind sharing.
entry level up to supervisor. Actual employees not sub contract labor or cash
We would like to know if we are competitive with the industry standards. most of our work is lawn care and snowplowing with some landscaping and irrigation work.

This is like asking how much is my house worth ??

    Location .... Location ..... Location

It's better to call around the local cutters n other similar task jobs (labor) .... Local ....in your direct area of work

I'd say your gonna get a much better picture of your competive pay to others

One way to find out your local situation might be to contact a temp service and ask them. I was talking to a friend who works at one, and she has temped out workers to several local LCO's and she knows what they all being paid. Just an idea.
