How does a mulching blade work better than a regular blade? What is a mulching kit? Can you leave them on to discharge? What are the pros and cons of this? And can you use double mulching blades?

I'm sure someone can give a more in depth explanation of this, but since no one touched it, I'll hit on it for a sec. A mulching blade MULCHES (NOT works better as you said) better than a regular blade because its shaped to give more lift to the grass. Instead of spitting it out quick, it throws the grass up so it can be cut again when it falls, and so on and so forth. A kit usually consists of the blade and some kind of shield to block the discharge path normally used so that the grass keeps spinning until it cut fine enough to fall through the blade.
