    I knew that would get your attention. The question is how big is your company in terms of acres mowed per week. Since we probably don't want to brag about yearly earnings (never know when big brother is watching) lets do a poll on acres.

    Should I count the 545 acres at the airport that we are going to start cutting next month every two weeks.....

    Georgetown County. We also may have the Andrews airport... 75 acres.

    Actually my wife and I mow for 1 1/2 days per week and do 35 acres with a 455 JD (6 1/2 foot cut) and a 595 JD (9 1/2 foot cut) - part time - want to work to full time. Money to be made isnt there!

    I say we do between 20-25 acres a week. This is guessing though

    where i work we mow about 500-600 acres a week with a 15' batwing and a 20' batwing

    I forget at the moment (yes, I know I turned 50 a couple of weeks ago :rolleyes: ), but I seem to remember we were up around 275 or 280 acres a week this year. No batwings, just WB's, Z's, and Toro Groundmasters.

    rodfather- how many people do you have working to do that much with just z's? That is a bunch. How long did it take you to reach that level?

    11 years full time, 6 great guys including myself.
