maybe get a couple of guys down there and clean the place up, its filthy (is that a friggin condom?).
Do a community service. And even though the guys will be there to pick up trash have them wearing neat clean uniforms (of course), maybe call the local news stations (radio? cable tv? newspaper?) and tell them what you got going on with the "we care community clean up" that you are doing at no expense to the city.
Put the challenge out to other companies to do the same in other neighborhoods. Think Green....its the "in thing" nowadays
