Just state start date and end date of the contract. Make it near signature lines.

Vandora Lawn & Landscape (hereinafter referred to as VLL) agrees to provide grounds and landscape management services to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington D.C. for the entire 2001-2002 seasons as accepted herein.

Sevices to be rendered from 15 March 2001 thru 15 December 2001 and then again 15 March 2002 thru 15 December 2002. This agreement will automatically be renewed at the end of the second year unless we are notified in writing prior to 1 December 2002.

VLL is fully insured and evidence of total insurability will be furnished upon acceptance of this contract and prior to VLL performing any work.

    Hope this might help.
