    What do you mean, how Do we do them?...I have a CPA that does mine...He sets me up to pay quarterly. Some tinings are better let to the professionals.

    Let the CPA do them. You just do your accounts and pay the taxes. Time is money.

    What records and paperwork should be kept track of to give the accountants?

    Wow, 8 years in biz and you don't know this?

    • Receipts of all biz expenses
    • Monthly bank statements of your biz account
    • List of accounts receivables (what you got paid)
    • Anything else he/she asks for

    get a good cpa that specializes in business taxes
    they are worth every penny

    Just go get a CPA, and belive me the rest will fall into place.

    he or she will tell you what they need. what's a write off for me may NOT be for you.

    taxes? what taxes? we're all ignorant lawnmonkeys from georgia. we dont pay taxes. only real businesses pay taxes. duh!!!
