How do you guys bid on a commercial lawn care?

    do you bid by sqf or how is the easyest way with hedges trimed.

    I bid all inclusives (mow, trim, edge, blow & hedge/trees) on sqf. But, more importantly I bid them on time/manhour/equip. I believe it will take total.

    Does it matter how big or small.....the variables only change the price minimally......the main variable in all bids is cost per hour. Determine what you wanna make per hour and go from there. You should already know the answers from your business plan.

    To open a thread like that .... I would have to advice you to go work for a good size commercial company for 1 year .... watch everything n take some night coarse in business at a local community college
