I plan to start advertising this week so im getting paperwork ready, i wanted to know how you guys handle quotes/estimates on paper. Meaning what is your process ? If you can please provide a example ? I was thinking about doing the following, 1. Providing a Estimate Sheet (with estimates/contracted prices) (when they call for a estimate) 2. Providing a Job Agreement (prior to doing any type of planting,etc were i have to go buy the shrubs, etc etc i wouldnt use this for mowing one-time or anything just for jobs i would need to purchase supplies for) 3 Providing a Mowing Agreement (if they want to contract me) I think it may be to much paper work but i just wanted to see what you other guys work with, i was thinking of not using the Job Agreement but i got to thinking what if i tell them i will come the next day and start the work and then that same afternoon i go buy there flowers,shrubs,etc and then i get home and they tell me they want to withdraw the previous verbal agreement.
