    -Lawn mowing & trimming
-Weed control (lawn, mulch beds, walkways and driveways)
-Shrub Fertilization (All ornamentals and bushes fertilized twice yearly)
-Pruning (All ornamentals and bushes pruned twice yearly)
    -5-6 step lawn fert. program
    -Spring cleanup
    -Fall cleanup and leaf removal
-Irrigation Start up (Spring) and Shut Down (Fall)
    -Snow removal and salt/brine services

All landscaping bids are done seperately. We run as 2 seperate divisions, and most of our landscape customers become maintenance customers.

I would just put "lawn installation" and then when trying to sell it, give them the choice of sod or seed with the prices.
