I always have a hard time bringing on a bunch of guys in the spring just to dump them after a few months. Is this just the way it is or do you guys have a way to keep them busy all summer long?

you should keep then onboard and just get done earlier during those months. most employees would probably enjoy that since it's the summer time. you will need them again when fall leaf jobs get here. just let them know their hrs may not be as much during july and august.
