How far are you book ahead?
Were Booked till about Aug
my customes would never wait till aug for work to be done. we are always 1-2weeks out. any longer, we lose the work to someone who can come immediately
Well there all Larger Hardscape Installs, thats why.
Small stuff were 2-3 weeks out
Usually about two to three weeks. We do mostly mowing and fert and are landscaping jobs we do on Thursdays and Fridays. This includes trimmings prunnings and the such.
gotcha, we dont do hardscapes
One month out on the landscape crew... the longer you are in the business the easy it is to book out.
Sorry I should of been Clearer
That is so True, This year we stop using the new paper and only did the Yellow pages and we have been swamp
November, and if I close on a potential $15K project that looks good right now, December.
