As you can see, I'm in Central Ohio. Around here, the normal deadline for planting KBG seed is Oct. 15th. I was wondering how late anyone around here in the know would feel comfy putting TTTF in the ground? Since it germinates in 7, to 10 days under good conditions, I'm wondering if it would stand a good chance of being able to harden off before we would normally expect to have killing frosts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

We try to get tall fescue down by the end of Sept. here, then switch over to the blue/rye mix. You never know what kind of winter we're going to have (the last 2 have been really warm here), but I think it's too late.
