How many days do you need to wait to mow the grass after doing aeration and overseeding?

Hopefully you mowed the lawn low when you overseeded. then wait till the new plants are well eestablished. I would say up 2 to 3 inches before you damage them by driving over them with a mower. The higher the better so the longer you can wait the better.

Ive always cut the yard shorter when I seeded and then cut it again the next week. After only 1 week or less, the seeds have not started to come up and it doesnt do any damage as far as I can see. After 2 weeks, I avoid cutting areas that have alot of new grass coming up but cut the majority of the lawn like normal, maybe a little higher. I seeded all my yards 3 weeks ago and have cut them all and they are doing well at this point IMO
