OVer here in JERSEY they have to pay taxes.
I can print 300 + invoices, record the billed amount in a separate folder, fold, seal and stamp in about two and 1/4 hours.
I already have stacks of billing envelopes ready to go with reply envelope inside. My customers address can be seen through a window on the envelope eliminating some time.
This process is done with the help of my wife.
I don't know how many I can do but the whole process is expensive and time consuming. My billing program was recently upgraded so now I send about 50% of my invoices via email. There are no stamps, paper invoices or envelopes to deal with. Just click "send" and 30 seconds later the job is done.
I timed it today. It took me 43 minutes to get 27 statements printed and ready to go.
That 43 minutes includes pulling a report of my past due accounts and manually entering 10 late fees.
