From April to November 15th
How many mowings per day are you able to do and what do you end up grossing from a day of mowing?
Ok, contractual. I thought you meant actual mowings. although at this point we're getting there...
avg. 24 the last 3 yrs. (as long as I've been in biz.)
Res. and comm. mowing, weekly we avg. $46.00 each on 68 regular/ weekly accts. (We also do about 24-30 bi-weekly and when called properties/ REO properties)
The above numbers are gross dollars, not net. Looks good on paper, but I'm still always broke. I'm going to work on those numbers this winter.
you mow 24 lawns a day at 46 per lawn??
26 weeks plus two cleanups works out to mow untill October 31 then cleanups in November. 40 a cut and up
Where you getting 24 a day? 24 cuts per year per account.
We mow anywhere from 12-32 lawns/ day depending on which day.
42 cuts a year XD
April - October weekly
50+ 240 miles south.
Rainy season brings twice a week cuttings.
