ANY OTHER OPINIONS OUT THERE? Do you think its worth hiring a new guy full or part time
I've been doing 65 accounts by myself but now that it has gone to 80 I hired a guy. I don't want to work more than 40 hours a week. When my total got to 80, I weeded out all the accounts that weren't making me top dollar and got rid of them, even though they are close by. Hire if you have to, only you how much you can take on by yourself.
I would say hire someone part time in the summer months so you can train/see if he works, then if it's working out well and you need help in the fall take him on full time for clean-ups on top of the regular lawn mowing.
