And you sir, are part of the problem.
Went to a movie today, a no conceal zone, a kid and his mom saw me.
I carry a gun almost everywhere I go. I carry a Glock 19 AIWB. I usually leave it in my truck when I'm mowing, which is about the only time it's a pain to carry. I'm thinking about getting a S&W 442 to drop in my pocket. I'm not a big fan of any carry method other than on the waist between 12:30 and 3:00, much less pocket carry, but, I figure it's better than nothing and waistband carry isn't really an option when I'm mowing.
I carried mine to the theater today.
i agree, a gun in your truck is as pointless as at home. but i don't always carry at work
So you broke the law and people saw you?
Incorrect, people saw me not breaking the law

I never leave home without a firearm.
I find pocket carrying a Sig P938 in a DeSantis Super Fly holster to be pretty comfortable while working.
I also carry IWB at 3 o'clock with a MaxTuck from White Hat Holsters.
I carry at least one of the following:
Walther PPQ 9mm
Springfield XD-s .45
Sig P-938 9mm
Sig 1911 Ultra Nitron .45
Colt Defender .45
Glock 30 .45
Walther PPS 9mm
Taurus PT-111 Millennium Pro 9mm
Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro 9mm
Smith & Wesson 686 .357 mag
Dan Wesson ECO 9mm

Ok, so you open carried? I'm not taking a dig, but you really have a tough time just simply saying what it is you're trying to say.
You deserve to be a victim.
I came in far too late to this thread....
herler - I understand your concern for firearms safety and I thank you for it. However, you are the typical sheep in the herd of many. I open carry, I conceal carry - I legally carry, I've passed my background check, I've jumped through hurdles, I've spent close to $800.00 to allow myself to protect MYSELF and MY FAMILY. That is my constitutional right as a United States of America citizen.
I pull a gun out in front of you, shots will be fired. I will not pull my firearm from my holster in public unless there is a need due to the threat to MY LIFE OR MY FAMILIES LIFE. Your life is of no concern to me. If you see my firearm tucked away in my holster? Enjoy wasting your minutes and the services of the police department and you'll get a big "F**k You" from me.
Not everyone is a 'so-called gun rights activist" like you think they are, some of us are simple folk who feel they have the right to carry a firearm as the law see's fit. It is people like you who should worry more about the mental illness crisis then the firearm issues that are in the country.
