Hey guys, wondering how many sq ft in an acre?
Just under 44,000. If you do a search on here I have seen it brought up a couple of times on the exact amount.
There are 43,560.
yep 43560 sq ft
43,560 is correct, but in real estate, for some strange reason, they use 40,000. So in a half acre zone, the lots are 20,000 sq feet.
I think it's because they take out an average mean for structure space. This leaves the amount (approximate) of property that is open on a lot.
