Go to the Ford dealer and pick up a set of 8 Motorcraft GPs don't buy any other brand unless it says Beru on the plug. The only biatch about a PSD is the GPs are under the valve covers. If you never done it before its going to take you a good part of the day to change all 8 and hopefully you have a warm garage to work in.

They are not terrible to replace, I've helped a couple of friends do theirs and my 96 is next on the list. As Gravel Rat said, ONLY BERU PLUGS. Do a search on dieselstop.com and you will find out why. You are probably looking at between $10 and $25 a hole depending on where you get them and if you get any kind of discounts. Good luck.
