I would like to see the price differences through out the country. How much are you getting for a weekly 1/4 acre flat to slight hill lawns with avg. obstacles.

yeah this year i see that $35 is nothing to get for 1/4 acre and i get atleast $31 for under 10000 sq ft and they just sign right up.

Do you see alot of flyers out in Chesapeake. Seems like we have lco everywhere but still get business easily with door hangers. Also have you tried the money clip or cool savings.

I cut properties that size for $32-$35. Have no problems charging that amount!

We handed out flyers and we caught Basnight trying to steal them. As for seeing any flyers we haven't. We started in late Feb and work during the Winter as much as possible. Most of our business comes from word of mouth and flyers. As for the 2 you mentioned we haven't.
We have bad weather coming, great for grass. My aunt lives in Great Bridge and she said there are plenty of lawns in our area, no shortage.

They have several residential crews. They might have a certain weakness.
