How much would you pay a sales manager with certifications and experience that could produce 400-425,000 in new business each year

Try somewhere around 40k plus commisions on sales over a target number this number is one that can't be told to you, just say his first 250k in sales covers his base and then he gets commisions on all sales over and above the target, I strongly suggest you vary commisions for different types of work sold, some sales are easier than others, and your margins aren't the same on everything, If you need more help PM me and ask away.....

Ten percent max. Start him off with a draw of say 800.00/week. If he does not earn it get rid of him fast. Over 400k increase his percentage if his jobs come in on time. We have a company located near Philly that creates a self employed envirorment. The owner charges the salesman for the crew, say 1200.00 for a three man crew. He gets to keep 15% of that and 50% of everything over 1200.00. The owner of the company pays for the everything other then material. So if the crew does 1800.00 the salesman makes 480.00 in one day. It gives them a sense of ownership and they can build a base.
