    Hey Guys,

I am putting in some bids on some commercial props and just wanted to see what your guys biggest account is? How much is its yearly value and what type of prop is it? Just would like to see to keep a positive outlook at the end of season and looking toward next year/

20'000.00 for 36 condoes, 70,000sq ft green space. mow once a week, bushes twice a year, mulch 20 yards, sprinkler maint. and repair with limits, discount on plowing, turf pest control and fertilizer. I was the highest bid by 3000.00... I bid late and had an impressive pitch. They even said they will not bid again indefinately.

$12,138 year for 3 acre commercial site.
$10,800 year for 21 acre industrial field. (Less details on the field, very little trimming around entrance to building.)
    $300 per cut for 21 acre residential, usually 5 or 6 times a spring/summer.

Is that 21 acre or 2 acre? 10k a year for a 21 acre site seems very low.

You might laugh but mine is $125/cut for a commercial property it only takes me about an hour and 15 minutes average (by myself) and that includes double cutting the front.
