    I am trying to put a bid together and need help with figuring how much mulch i need. I think i am doing the math rite.

    One bed is 350 sq. ft.
    I came up with I need 30-2 cubic ft. bags.

    Can someone show me a simple equation to figure this.

    Thanks :confused::confused:

    at the top of the page are a few tabs, one of which says tools. Click on it and it will take you to a mulch calculator. Tell the calculator how many square feet you have, and then tell it how thick you would like to apply the mulch. It will tell you how many bags and/or cubic yards you need.

    The mulch calculators made my life so easy. I was in the same boat. Had no idea how to bid it out. The mulch calculator gave me a great idea and I had some left over and actully made some extra money with the excess.
