Well, attached is a map from accuweather.com

It shows the rainfall accumulation over the last 7 days, from June 7th thru June14th.

    Light Blue is .50 inches,
Dark Blue is up to 1.5 inches
Light green is 2.0 inches medium green is 4.0 inches, and dark green is 6.0 inches
Yellow is 6 to 8 inches, and Orange is 8 to 10 inches.

Remember, this is in the last 7 days!

I'm going outside now to lean against an 80 year old Oak Tree to see if I can push it over. <G>

Man, we had a thunderstorm roll thru today from 4 to 5 PM that dumped I'm gonna guess another .5 to .75 inches of rain. It was raining so hard out, it was insane. I'm actually looking forward to get tommorow's version of that accuweather map to see how they update it and what our new "7 day" total is.

Too much. This is the longest March I can remember. Someday it may be sunny and warmer than 70.

    Shutter,
Those of us who have been out of hibernation know it's June :D

What do you mean by March?

It has been basically normal here, maybe a little dry.

"What do you mean by March?"

What he means is it feels like March never ended up by him. It's just now starting to feel like May here, except we only see the sun for a few hours every few days or more. Doogiegh, you must have been on the fringe of that storm. We easily got 2" here in about 10 minutes. Got to see what that comment "it's raining in sheets" really means, only it was walls of water rolling through. It was like a hurricane for those 10 minutes except the winds were less than a hurricane. We were in the yellow on that map & will surely be in the orange for tomorrow's edition. Looks like we may get to see the sun for 2 or even almost 3 days starting tomorrow. That will be cool.
