In removing and replacing a 15" oak? I've got 4 to do and I'm trying to not shortchange myself. Also I'm trying to figure out how far apart to space 1 gallon sized annuals, and how much time it takes to do a certain amount. Any reference point with a time that you could provide is fine.

    Thanks!

Edit: I misread and thought you were looking to remove the trees, not plant under them.

For putting in anuals it all depends on how fast you can do it yourself. I usually use flats for anuals and I can put in a whole flat (18) in about 5-10 minutes depending on where they are going.

no one has replaced trees before? I'm just looking for a rough time frame for man hours. I'm figuring around 3 hours.
