A customer of mine asked me to do some weekend side work today, and I'm not sure if I should just set a price for the job or do it time and materials.

She wants roughly 300 sq ft of landscape weeded (its heavily infested), replanted with a bunch of perrienials and annuals to supplement the existing shrubs and remulched, as well as a paver border installed.

I figure I could do it in two 10 hour days, but I don't do much landscape work, so I might be way under or over estimating it.

I would charge quite good money. Weeding is hell!

What do you mean by quite good money? How about a ball park?

Sorry not enough info,if you want even ball park prices
    then you need to give
quantity and sizes of plants you are planting,
    are you amending the soil?
Do you have a border edger or doing it by hand?
How many yds of mulch your gonna use and what kind
    up hill?Down on a bank?flat?
In order to give you a ballpark

Plants will just be small cheap annuals and perennials, theres a very nice landscape of plants already existing, the beds just need cleanup and highlights. Probably less than $200 in plants.

No, Soil is a nice loam

By hand, roughly 200 feet or so of edge to do.

Undecided on mulch kind, probably about 10 yards.

One area is a steep slope, the other is flat.
