Here are my prices but I have a few I'm not sure about.

    9 yards of mulch 540.00
    trim 62 small bushes 180.00
    60 med. bushes 300.00
    20 large 140.00
this would be bring all bushes down 3 to 6 inches
8 by 8 sod with leveling and prep. 50.00
trim 4 tree branches above 6 ft ???? (about 12 limbs) guessing about 100.00 all low need chain saw on 3 of them

clean all of the beds before mulch and bring river rock out of dirt with rake 150.00

total for this part 1460.00 you guys think too much or not enough

    thanks aplc

thinking about subbing this part out put in 3 or 4 sprinkler heads that will need to cover 120 by 22 ft. ???

On the tree limbs that need a chain saw cut a small bottom notch out below the limb before you follow through from the top of the branch. this will help prevent any injury to the tree. (striped bark)

    My prices are:

9 yards of double ground mulch w/ minor bed prep - 450
    trim 62 small bushes - 310
    60 med. bushes - 420
    20 large - 220.00
8 by 8 sod with leveling and prep. - 150.00
    trim 12 tree branches - 240
bring river rock out of dirt with rake - no idea

I have no idea what the bushes look like, how spread out they are etc, but these are pretty basic prices for an idea of what I charge. The sod price I just made up, but I think you were low. The tree trimming I know you were very cheap, especially if you have to haul the branches away. I have a big pole saw so it is easy, but still would think about $15-20 per branch (disposal may be included depending)
