    Not enough info. I have seen people weld broken spindles back together and call it good running condition. Also I would pay as little as possible. I would also call the guy an ass for posting something without a starting price.. lol unless you are posting the ad and have not got to the price yet which would be why you posted this thread :D Know that everyone will want to negotiate so I would find my starting price then add 10% for a little wiggle room.

    I bought a used good condition Toro 36 inch walk behind with a 12.5 hp Kohler engine and I got it for under 1k. That also included a beat up sulky that lasted a few mows.

    Absolutely nothing and I'll tell you why, the seller didn't put a price on it.
    So keep looking.
