I bill on every visit. Even though I may have a monthly pay set up. This allows the customer and I to have a record of each visit in case there is a disagreement.

Same for winter months Too- snow, salt and extrays.
I send bills out on end of last day of the month, and all ballances are due by 15th of next month...

I bill at the first of the month and it is due by the 15th. If it is a one time job not a regular customer I bill when the job is done.

End of each month I send out a bill, (I use Gopher) and they are to pay me within 2 weeks and if not, they pay an $8 late fee, its in the contract I have with them :) They also pay a 5% gas surcharge of the total amount of that month.
