Hello and good day to all,
I was wondering what the customer charge is for creating new plant beds for residential customers. This is keeping mind the area just has grass, an no other major obstacles, except for moving sprinkler heads.

just to ad. I mean just doing the labor portion of creating the new area, not adding bedding soil or landscape mix, just simply removing the grass with eather a shovel or sod cutter. I know I still can till and amend soil later.
